| West African flavors at North America's biggest specialty foods fair |

Exhibitors from 14 African countries, including seven from West Africa (Burkina Faso, Cameroon, The Gambia, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Mali and Nigeria) showcased the continent's culinary offerings at North America's leading specialty foods show, July 10-12, in Washington DC. Exhibitors also spent time in the media spotlight. Laure Tall of Fruitales of Senegal and Mariam Toure of Sita S.A, a cashew processor in Senegal were interviewed on Voice of America, while Tall and her mother, Marie-Andre Tall showed off their products on Fox 5's morning show.
